Clockwise was the smart-calendar tool that automatically moved meetings and created focus time for around 40,000 organisations. On roughly 20 March 2026 users received an email that the product would shut down on 27 March 2026, giving about a week's notice. Salesforce had acquired the team, but this was an acquihire aimed at the engineers behind Clockwise's agentic scheduling, not a plan to keep the app running. The product was switched off, user data was deleted, and there is no read-only mode or export still available. That leaves a straightforward question: which tool now does what Clockwise did?

Because Clockwise deleted user data at shutdown and offered no export, none of these tools import your old configuration. You rebuild focus-time rules from scratch. Reclaim’s model is the most similar in concept, so the rebuild is quickest there, but the settings themselves do not transfer. If you only need a free, native option and can live without automatic rescheduling, Google Calendar’s built-in Focus Time event type blocks the slot and can auto-decline conflicting meetings.
A scheduling tool replaces the mechanism, not the cause. If your calendar was fragmented enough to need Clockwise, the fragmentation is the real problem, and no successor app fixes that on its own.
